"Messages Just Don’t Go Through"
My chats keep freezing, and half the time my messages don’t show up until hours later. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to have a normal conversation.

"Notifications can be a little all over the place"
skout is fine overall, like I don’t really have a huge issue with it, but the notifications are kind of unpredictable. Sometimes they pop up right away, and other times I’ll get an alert way later, or even after I’ve already opened the app and seen the message myself. It’s not the worst thing ever, just one of those small annoyances that starts to bug you after a while.

"Confusing app and a little suspicious"
I tried using the app, but it’s way more confusing than it needs to be. The buttons glitch out, pages don’t load properly half the time, and I kept feeling like I was missing something. It also made me a bit suspicious about possible hidden fees because the layout isn’t very clear about what you’re clicking on or agreeing to.

"Privacy felt sketchy, hoping they make it right"
I didn’t feel comfortable using Skout. The privacy settings were hard to figure out, and I couldn’t really tell who was able to see my profile or personal info. On top of that, I kept getting random messages from people I didn’t want to hear from. I ended up deleting my account quickly. Disappointing experience overall, and I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit for how frustrating it was.

"I don’t know, I really wanted this..."
I don’t know, I really wanted this to work, but the video quality has been rough. Like, I’ll be watching something and then it freezes again, and not just once in a while, it happens constantly. At first I thought maybe it was my internet, but other apps are fine, so that doesn’t seem to be it. It’s annoying because you’re trying to get into a stream and then suddenly you’re just staring at a frozen screen

"The app is fine, but the vibe gets old quick"
The app itself works okay, but it’s not even about that. The people on there are what make it draining. I kept getting spammy messages, a bunch of profiles looked fake, and some users got rude really fast if I didn’t reply right away. I did talk to a couple normal people, so it’s not all bad, but most of the chats just felt weird or way too pushy. Didn’t really feel like a relaxed place to meet people

I got suspended again i have no idea why. There was no clear reason given, which makes the whole thing really frustrating. It feels unfair and disappointing when you’re left guessing what you supposedly did wrong

"Hard to Trust When Everything Sounds So Vague"
I’m not totally sold on this, honestly. It has moments where it seems fine, but then the way they talk about what it’s supposed to do feels really vague, like a bunch of promises without much to back them up. It just gives off kind of a sketchy vibe sometimes, and that makes it hard for me to fully trust it.

"Age verification has been such a headache"
I don’t even know where to start with the age verification thing. I tried doing it three separate times, thinking maybe I messed something up the first time, then the second time I was like okay maybe it’s just glitchy, but nope, still locked out. It’s super frustrating because I just wanted to use my account, not spend forever going in circles. I reached out to support too, hoping they could actually fix it or at least explain what was going on, but they weren’t helpful at all. Just a really annoying experience overall.

To be fair, the app wasn’t completely unusable, but my matches were mostly not what I expected. I barely saw anyone nearby, and a lot of the profiles felt kind of random. Maybe it works better in other areas, but for me it didn’t really feel tailored to my location.

I only used Skout for a few days, but it didn’t make me feel very safe. I kept getting weird messages, and a lot of the profiles looked fake or low effort, which made me question the quality of the app overall. I reported a couple of people, but it didn’t seem like anything was actually done. Maybe others have had better luck, but I just didn’t feel comfortable staying on there

I reached out to support about an issue with my account, and it took forever to get any kind of response. When they finally did reply, it wasn’t even that helpful, so I was basically still stuck. In my opinion, good support is a basic thing to expect, and this just didn’t meet the mark. It felt like once there’s a problem, they’re not in much of a rush to help. Really frustrating experience.

I expected the pricing and charges to be straightforward, but that wasn’t really the case. I ended up being charged more than I thought I would be, and the billing details weren’t easy to find. Skout has been okay for me overall, I guess? I’ve actually talked to a couple of real people on there, so it’s not like the whole thing feels fake. But then I’ll come across profiles with super staged-looking photos or barely anything filled out, and I’m like… is this just me noticing that?
I do wish they were a little better about checking accounts. Some conversations feel totally normal, and then others get strange really quickly. It’s not the worst app I’ve used, but I wouldn’t say I fully trust every profile either.

"I want to keep using Skout, but the app keeps crashing"
I’ve used Skout for a while and still want to like it, but lately it’s been almost impossible to use. Every time I open messages, the app freezes, and then it randomly crashes after a few minutes. I even tried deleting and reinstalling it, but nothing changed. It’s frustrating because I’ve stuck with Skout over other apps, but when the basic stuff doesn’t work, it makes me want to give up on it.
